About our privacy policy

TO Commerce B.V. cares deeply about your privacy. We only process data that we need to improve our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with great care. We never provide your data for commercial purposes to third parties.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by TO Commerce B.V.. Web store software WordPress

Our web store has been developed with WordPress software. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Email and mailing lists Mailjet

Our website uses Mailjet, a third party that handles email traffic originating from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via Mailjet servers. Mailjet will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of each email sent automatically through our website, you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click on this link, you will no longer receive emails from our website. This can seriously reduce the functionality of our website! Your personal data is securely stored by Mailjet. Mailjet uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. G Suite

We use the services of G Suite for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Mailjet does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

REVIEWS

WebshopKeur

We collect reviews through the WebshopKeur platform. If you leave a review through WebshopKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebshopKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebshopKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebshopKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebshopKeur.
